What to Expect

We at Perrinville Animal Hospital have assembled a talented team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient. Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam and a one-on-one consultation with your veterinarian about the specific health needs of your pet. Your veterinarian will check the health of your pet from nose to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Perrinville Animal Hospital for service.

Please come 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  You can print and fill out our New Client Form to bring with you or you may fill it out at our veterinary clinic. Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come in for your appointment. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. If you have been seen at another veterinary clinic, please let us know so that records can be transferred and reviewed before your appointment.

In some circumstances, our doctors may refer you to a specialist with advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine, oncology, orthopedics, or surgery.  We work closely with local specialty facilities for team-based approach to your pets healthcare.
